Amara invites you to an exclusive evening celebrating the finest in wine and gastronomy. On 8 November, we host another edition of our acclaimed Wine Dinner, an event designed for those who truly appreciate exceptional food and wine experiences.

For this special occasion, our Sommelier, Jorge Bita, has carefully selected a remarkable range of wines from Adega Mãe, a distinguished winery located in the Lisbon wine region. Renowned for its innovative spirit and perfect balance between tradition and modernity, Adega Mãe is celebrated for producing wines of elegance and freshness. Influenced by the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, their wines express a unique character in every vintage: the whites are vibrant, aromatic and full of freshness, while the reds stand out for their structure, depth and refined elegance.

Inspired by these outstanding wines, our Executive Chef, Nelson Candeias, presents an exclusive tasting menu, thoughtfully crafted to harmonise and elevate each pairing.
