Amara’s first Wine Dinner of 2022 will highlight labels selected by guest Sommelier Miguel Reis. Aiming to include Alentejo wines, our Executive Chef Nelson Candeias conceived a harmonised tasting menu, thus providing a true experience in the wine and gastronomic culture.
