Amara’s first Wine Dinner will highlight labels selected by our Sommelier Miguel Reis. Aiming to introduce Alto Alentejo and Tejo wines, our Executive Chef Nelson Candeias conceived a harmonised tasting menu, thus providing a true experience in the wine and gastronomic culture.
